First Post
I've been cooking with a Big Green Egg (BGE) grill for a little over a year now. After cooking a flat iron steak for my Brother in Law and his family tonight, his wife suggested I start a blog of my grilling/BBQ attempts. Overall with the BGE, it is very easy to appear to be knowing what you are doing. I am going to post to this as I continue to create new things on my BGE....
